Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the website and subscription tools offered by Kareem Mouton Enterprises LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By subscribing or using our tools, you agree to them.

Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. Free trials, when offered, convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless canceled before it ends. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, with access continuing until then and no further renewals. You may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your first paid subscription charge. Renewal payments are non-refundable except for billing errors or where required by law. Your account

Keep your login secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Don't use our tools to break the law, send spam, make calls or texts without required consent, infringe others' rights, or interfere with our systems. You are responsible for how you use AI Front Desk with your own callers, including any recording-notice and consent rules that apply to you.

Not legal, medical or financial advice

Bill Advocate helps find billing errors and prepare disputes and appeals; Nexus Compliance helps organize compliance work. Neither is legal, medical, tax or financial advice, and we don't guarantee any outcome, savings or audit result. Review AI output before relying on it.

Your content

You own the content you submit. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, with venue in Natrona County, Wyoming.
