This policy explains what information Kareem Mouton Enterprises LLC ("we", "us") collects when you use our website and our tools (AI Front Desk, Bill Advocate, Nexus Compliance and the Pride Suite), how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Account and contact details: name, email, phone number, business name.
• Billing details: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Content you give our tools: call recordings and transcripts (AI Front Desk), compliance documents (Nexus Compliance), and medical bills, explanation-of-benefits statements and insurance letters (Bill Advocate).
• Website use: pages visited, referring links and basic device information.
• Chat and phone conversations with our AI assistant, when you choose to start them.

Medical bill and health information (Bill Advocate)

Medical bills and insurance documents can contain sensitive health information. We treat it with extra care:

• We use it only to review your bills, find errors and prepare disputes or appeals that you request.
• We never sell it, never use it for advertising, and never use it in marketing — even anonymized — unless you separately opt in.
• Access should be limited to the systems and people needed to provide the service. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
• You can request deletion of your documents by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or dispute resolution.
• We are not your health insurer or provider. Do not submit protected health information on behalf of a covered entity unless the required agreements and safeguards have been confirmed separately. This policy does not represent a certification of HIPAA compliance.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain and improve our tools and support you.
• To process payments, send receipts and account notices.
• To send marketing emails, which always include an unsubscribe link. We honor opt-outs promptly.
• To make AI phone calls only to numbers whose owners gave express consent.
• To prevent fraud and comply with law.

AI processing

AI services may process content you submit to generate responses, draft appeals, or assist with your requested tasks. Their processing is subject to the applicable service agreements and provider policies. AI output may contain errors; avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information and review output before relying on it.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business (hosting, payments, email, phone and AI providers), when you direct us to (for example, sending an appeal to your insurer), or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices and rights

You can access, correct or delete your information, or opt out of marketing, by contacting us. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights; we will not discriminate against you for using them.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
